AllysonAllyson Haynes Stuart is Of-Counsel to Crystal & Giannoni-Crystal, LLC.

She is a scholar and practicing attorney focusing on privacy, data security, and e-discovery issues

Professor Stuart has taught law for eleven years. At the Charleston School of Law, she taught E-Discovery, Information Privacy Law and Internet Law, in addition to a variety of required first-year and upper level courses, including Contracts, Civil Procedure, and Evidence. She taught Internet Law as an adjunct at Brooklyn Law School; taught Comparative Privacy Law (the EU and the US) as an adjunct at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain, and Stetson University in Granada, Spain; and taught Comparative Intellectual Property (the EU and the US) at Suffolk University in Madrid, Spain.

She is a graduate of Duke University and the University of South Carolina School of Law (Magna Cum Laude).   Before joining the Charleston faculty she clerked for U.S. District Judge David C.
