Because of a change in its platform (in preparation for Judiciary’s Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system), certain files from the Second, Seventh, and Eleventh Circuit and from the Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California are not accessible anymore.
Those files are be requested by contacting the relevant courts.
