Max Mitchell, Justices Add Tech Savviness to Professional Responsibility

On Oct. 22, 2013 the Pennsylvania Supreme Court adopted changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct that, for the part that is interesting to us, update the guidelines for maintaining competence. The changes bring Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct in line with the ABA Model Rules, in particular Comment [8] to Rule 1.1
