Syllabus of the Board:
Until ethical rules, specifically addressing unsolicited e-mail advertising of legal services, are set forth in the Ohio Code of Professional Responsibility, attorneys are discouraged from, but not barred from, advertising their legal services through unsolicited e-mails to potential clients.
