Topic: Lawyers Listing on Online Membership Directory
SYLLABUS of the Board:
It is proper for an Ohio attorney to be listed in the online membership directory of a professional association. An online membership directory of attorneys in a professional association is considered a law directory intended primarily for the use of the legal profession and is permitted under DR 2-101(B)(2)(c) of the Ohio Code of Professional Responsibility.
